| 7:00AM - 7:45AM and 3:45PM-6:30PMBefore and After School Care (BASC) Program Covenant Academy is pleased to offer a Before and After School Care (BASC) Program for currently enrolled students from Pre-K through 6th Grade.
1 | We will use the Pre-K classroom (closest to the office) as the home of our BASC program.
2 | Students will be given time to play, rest, snack, work on homework, and prepare for a successful school day both before and after school.
3 | Food and/or snacks are provided at no additional cost.
4 | Students enrolled in BASC will be mentored by high school students under the supervision of Covenant faculty.

If you want to sign up your child for one of the BASC plans below, please notify the school before the first day of class. The base fees for this service are as follows and will be billed to your FACTS account monthly by the 5th of each month.
This fee schedule will be prorated using the Daily rates listed below in partial months where the school is closed in August and for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Spring Break.
If you need to use the BASC program, it is available as per your convenience. If your child arrives late to school at the end of a regularly scheduled day, you don’t need to call the school office. We will take care of your child as part of the BASC program until you arrive, in partnership with you.
Please Note: that there is an uncapped daily late fee of $5 for each student who stays past the pick-up time of their BASC plan. This fee is applicable as per the times stated above out of respect for our teachers.
